This 2 Bedroom residence was designed as a plot & plan concept for the Goreangab Waterfront. One of the driving factors was to keep it simple yet provide character with the use of materials and features such as plaster bands around openings. The floor plan offers easy open plan living with ample connection to the outdoors. Bedrooms are also more spacious than most developments found today.
